Stevanato Group faces investor investigation over disclosure concerns

Shares of Stevanato Group S.p.A. fell on November 3, 2026, after the company disclosed a lower-than-anticipated outlook for 2027 GLP-1-related volumes. The revision followed several months of positive updates from the company, which had repeatedly cited the portfolio as a source of durable growth.

In response to the market reaction, SueWallSt—a service operated by law firm Levi & Korsinsky—announced a pending investigation to determine if the company violated U.S. securities laws. The probe aims to assess whether Stevanato Group’s disclosures regarding its business prospects and operations were materially false or misleading prior to the third-quarter report.

While the company reported a third-quarter revenue of €326.1 million, an 8% increase year-over-year, the market focused on the revised guidance. Executive Chairman Franco Stevanato noted that the volume slowdown was anticipated and that management had begun implementing mitigation strategies months prior to the public disclosure.

The investigation is open to investors who purchased Stevanato stock and incurred financial losses. Legal representatives are currently collecting brokerage documentation to evaluate potential claims.
