Stevie Awards Names Abu Dhabi Customs and Türkiye Sigorta Top Employers

Abu Dhabi Customs and Türkiye Sigorta have been recognized as the top Grand Stevie Award winners in the 11th annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers. The awards program honors outstanding workplaces and human resources achievements globally.

Abu Dhabi Customs secured the "Highest-Scoring Nomination" award for its submission "From System Of Record To System Of Decision," which achieved an average judge score of 9.55 out of 10. This also earned them a Gold Stevie Award for Achievement in HR Technology.

Türkiye Sigorta was named "Organization of the Year", accumulating 54.5 award points through 10 Gold, seven Silver, and seven Bronze Stevie wins. The Istanbul-based company is a significant player in Turkey's non-life, life, and pension insurance sectors.

The competition saw over 1,000 nominations from 38 nations and territories evaluated by a panel of more than 160 HR professionals. Winners were announced earlier this month, and a joint awards ceremony was held. New categories for 2026 included achievements in AI within human resources.
