StockGro reports profit surge to ₹113 Cr ahead of planned IPO
Indian fintech platform StockGro saw its net profit triple and revenue double in fiscal year 2026, as it prepares for a market debut.

AssetGro Fintech Ltd, the parent company of investment platform StockGro, reported a net profit of ₹113 Cr for the fiscal year 2026, a significant increase from the ₹34.6 Cr recorded in FY25. The company’s operating revenue doubled year-on-year, reaching ₹226.1 Cr, driven primarily by subscription fees.
The firm’s EBITDA grew to approximately ₹118.7 Cr, reflecting the broader growth in India’s retail investment landscape. Despite the revenue gains, total expenditures rose by 47.3% to ₹132 Cr, largely attributed to a 96.3% jump in employee benefit expenses and increased spending on media and marketing.
StockGro, which provides social-based stock trading tools and AI-driven market analysis, has pre-filed its draft red herring prospectus for an upcoming IPO. The company aims to raise between ₹2,000 Cr and ₹2,500 Cr through a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale.
