Stoneridge Reports Third Quarter 2026 Results and Revises Annual Guidance

Stoneridge, Inc. reported third-quarter 2026 net sales of $155.8 million. The figures include a $24.2 million reduction to sales following an adverse arbitration ruling related to legacy warranty claims for PM sensors. On an adjusted basis, however, the company saw revenue climb 29.9% to $180 million.

The manufacturer posted a net loss of $22.9 million for the quarter, compared to a $8.9 million loss in the same period last year. Adjusted net income, which accounts for the legal charge and other one-time items, stood at $1.6 million. CEO Natalia Noblet attributed the core growth to strong demand in the OEM vision systems market and solid performance in the company's Brazil segment.

Looking ahead, Stoneridge raised its full-year adjusted sales guidance to a range of $690 million to $700 million. Despite the growth, the company noted that adjusted EBITDA will likely sit at the lower end of its previous forecast due to inflationary pressures and unfavorable currency impacts. The company is currently reviewing options regarding the arbitration award.
