Storelocal Storage has expanded its nationwide self-storage network with the opening and acquisition of multiple new facilities in Texas, California, and Arizona. These locations bring modern storage solutions, RV and boat parking, climate-controlled units, and advanced technology to growing communities, combining local ownership with the benefits of a national brand.
The new Storelocal Storage in Irving, Texas, a former electronics store building, spans approximately 183,000 square feet and offers 1,756 storage units. Amenities include climate-controlled spaces, drive-up units, and enclosed RV garages with electrical hookups, alongside covered boat parking with power access.
Located in California's Central Valley within the Tesoro Viejo master-planned community, Storelocal Storage Madera County offers premium amenities and advanced technology. The facility features climate-controlled and drive-up units, enclosed RV and boat storage, and Noke smart access technology. Additional services include a wash station for vehicles and an RV sewer dump station.
Facilities in Cibolo, Texas, and Benson, Arizona, have also undergone renovations and expansions. The Cibolo location has been modernized with enhanced security and accessibility. The new Benson facility serves residents and businesses in Southern Arizona, providing 200 new storage units and 100 vehicle parking spaces.
