Storskogen Group AB (publ) announced today that the total number of shares and votes in the company has changed. As of the current date, there are 1,695,357,746 shares outstanding, consisting of 125,001,374 Class A shares, 1,561,723,845 Class B shares, and 8,632,527 Class C1 shares. The total voting rights amount to 2,820,370,112.
The company also stated that it currently holds 8,761,754 Class B shares treasury stock.
The increase in shares and votes occurred during July as a result of a new issuance of 8,632,527 Class C1 shares. This issuance was executed as part of the company's incentive program, which involves performance-based shares (Class C1 shares) and was approved at the annual general meeting on May 6, 2026.
