Strata Presents Case Series on Excimer Laser Phototherapy
STRATA Skin Sciences presented illustrative case studies of its 308-nm excimer laser phototherapy at the 2026 Fall Clinical Dermatology Conference in Las Vegas. The presentation focused on the laser's role in treating localized inflammatory and autoimmune skin diseases.

STRATA Skin Sciences presented a series of seven case studies on its targeted 308-nm excimer laser phototherapy for localized inflammatory and autoimmune skin diseases at the 2026 Fall Clinical Dermatology Conference in Las Vegas. The presentation highlighted the expanding treatment options available for patients with these challenging conditions.
The case studies demonstrated high levels of re-pigmentation across seven distinct conditions, including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, palmoplantar keratoderma, vitiligo, post-inflammatory hypopigmentation, alopecia areata, and mycosis fungoides. Treatments were applied to multiple anatomic sites such as the scalp, hands, feet, and face.
Responses were sustained for up to two years in patients with follow-up data, without systemic therapy and with minimal adverse events. The excimer laser phototherapy served as a viable option for patients who had not responded to standard topical treatments.
