This addition marks Bates as Strongpoint's 25th partner firm and its first based in Florida, a region experiencing significant small business growth.

Established in 1987, Bates & Company brings nearly four decades of specialized experience in designing complex retirement plans. The firm serves small to mid-sized businesses and offers expertise in various plan types, including 401(k), profit-sharing, age-weighted, cross-tested, defined benefit, and cash balance plans.
