Researcher Andrea Eboli's recent study, the "Conscious Power Framework" (ECP), investigates the reasons why professional achievements and external recognition do not consistently translate into personal fulfillment.

The study, which surveyed 403 professionals, found that a significant 82.9% believe that external power can coexist with dissatisfaction. Furthermore, 62% of the participants reported frequently feeling exhausted in their roles.

The ECP framework developed by Eboli aims to bridge the gap between external validation and internal contentment. It seeks to offer professionals tools to find meaning and satisfaction in their careers, irrespective of the accolades or positions they attain.

These findings challenge the conventional notion that external success is a direct path to happiness, highlighting the importance of self-awareness and alignment with personal values in professional life.
