Summit Ridge Group releases free FCC document alert service

The new SRG DocketWatch tool allows users to track over 21,000 FCC proceedings, providing automated email updates four times per day.

3 November 2026

New York-based consulting firm Summit Ridge Group has launched SRG DocketWatch, a free service designed to track regulatory filings from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The tool allows users to monitor any of the more than 21,000 active FCC proceedings without requiring manual searches of the agency’s Electronic Comment Filing System.

The service provides four daily updates at 8 a.m., 12 p.m., 4 p.m., and 8 p.m. ET. According to J. Armand Musey, founder of Summit Ridge Group, the tool addresses the difficulty of keeping up with rapidly changing regulatory records, which can frequently contain significant updates via ex parte notices.

Registration does not require an account, only an email address. The service is aimed at communications counsel, carriers, trade associations, and investors who require timely information on specific dockets.
