Sun PhuQuoc Airways Adopts Amadeus Systems for Launch and Growth
Vietnam's first resort airline, Sun PhuQuoc Airways, has selected Amadeus technology solutions to support its operations and customer experience ahead of its launch.

Sun PhuQuoc Airways (SPA), Vietnam's first airline dedicated to the "resort-in-the-sky" travel model, has chosen Amadeus IT Group's technology solutions to support its business launch and growth.
The airline will implement the Amadeus Altéa PSS, Amadeus Sky suite, and Amadeus Revenue Accounting. These systems are designed to power the airline's full-service operations and enhance customer experience.
The Altéa PSS is a global passenger service system used by many airlines for bookings, ticketing, inventory, and departure control. Amadeus Sky suite assists with flight schedule creation, while Revenue Accounting helps with real-time revenue tracking and reconciliation.
SPA, a venture by Sun Group, aims to provide direct connectivity between Phu Quoc and major cities domestically and abroad. This launch coincides with significant growth in Asia's aviation and tourism sectors, with Vietnam experiencing a notable increase in international visitors.
The adoption of Amadeus technologies underscores the airline's objective to deliver a seamless, data-driven customer journey from its inception, supporting its expansion ambitions in the global travel market.
