Chinese e-commerce company Suning.com has launched its 2026 Singles' Day (November 11) promotion, running from October 12 to November 13. The event offers significant discounts, with prices reportedly as low as 30% of the original, alongside special services for major home appliances.
The company is introducing a "value-retention trade-in" service for large home appliances. Participants can receive a 30-day full refund, a 365-day "exchange-only, no repair" policy for faulty items, and a guarantee of 50% value retention for trades within 5 to 10 years. A 100-day price protection policy is also included.
Suning.com is emphasizing services covering the entire lifecycle of home appliances, including installation, cleaning, repair, and recycling. As part of the Singles' Day event, services such as a full-home appliance inspection are offered for a nominal fee of 9.9 yuan. The company is also conducting "national subsidy community tours" and providing services targeted at the elderly, including free appliance inspections and home modifications for easier use.
The promotion includes multiple sales phases and themed events, such as early bird discounts and national campaign days. Suning.com is also leveraging government subsidies for digital and home appliance products, offering up to 1,500 yuan in discounts on selected items.
