Taiyang Zhu, a design director at Sunon Group in Hangzhou, has been recognized for her use of Configura’s CET Commercial Interiors software. Zhu has utilized the platform for three years to manage product proposals, 3D renderings, and client presentations.
Zhu cites the software’s automated bill of materials and PGC (Parametric Graphical Configuration) capabilities as key factors in reducing time spent on budget calculations and assembly. By allowing products to connect automatically, the system minimizes manual input during the design phase.
Beyond basic layout work, Zhu employs the platform’s custom shape tools to refine modeling and mapping. The software’s support for various file formats also assists in the iterative process of incorporating client feedback into ongoing projects.
