SuperCom Wins Two New Electronic Monitoring Contracts in Texas

New York – Technology solutions provider SuperCom has announced it has won two new electronic monitoring contracts with adult and juvenile probation agencies in Texas. These awards represent SuperCom's fourth and fifth contracts since its expansion into the state in December 2025 and will fully displace the county's incumbent electronic monitoring providers.

The contracts will see SuperCom deploy its PureOne GPS solution to support the county's juvenile and adult supervision programs. The agreements utilize a recurring revenue model based on daily active units, thereby expanding SuperCom's recurring revenue customer base. SuperCom was selected following a multi-week live-unit evaluation where its PureOne technology was tested against competing solutions.

Ordan Trabelsi, President and CEO of SuperCom, commented that the selection by two agencies signifies confidence in the equipment, support, and transition process. He also highlighted Texas as an example of the company's U.S. business growth, noting that SuperCom has secured over 50 new electronic monitoring contracts nationally since mid-2024.

The PureOne solution is an all-in-one GPS tracking bracelet designed for continuous indoor and outdoor location monitoring. It combines high-precision GPS, cell-tower, and Wi-Fi positioning with secure LTE communications, configurable zones, tamper-detection mechanisms, and extended battery performance, providing a platform for correctional and public safety agencies to manage community supervision programs.
