SuperH™ 5K Supports Adaptive Sports Athletes at MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital

The SuperH™ 5K Run, Walk & Wheel is celebrating its 23rd year of raising funds for adaptive sports and fitness programs at MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital. The event is scheduled to take place in Washington.

Founded by Harry and Renie Freedman, the event was established to give back to the hospital that supported them. It now annually supports patients and individuals undergoing rehabilitation at MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital who participate in adaptive sports.

Proceeds from the fundraising effort are directed towards supporting these programs, enabling broader participation and providing necessary resources for athletes. The initiative seeks to promote physical activity and athletic development for all patients.
