SuperIT Launches Autonomous IT Support Platform in North America
Australian startup SuperIT has entered the North American market with an AI-driven platform capable of diagnosing and resolving IT incidents without pre-written runbooks.

SuperIT, a technology startup specializing in AI agents for managed service providers (MSPs), has launched its self-service platform for North American markets. Unlike traditional tools that rely on predefined scripts or simple ticket routing, SuperIT utilizes a "digital twin" model of an organization's IT environment to investigate and execute repairs directly on managed devices.
CEO Christopher Sale stated that the platform aims to break the traditional scaling model for MSPs, where increasing client counts typically requires proportional hiring. By automating Level 1 to Level 3 support tasks, the company claims that IT teams can improve gross margins and handle complex incidents without manual oversight for routine diagnostics.
The service integrates with major PSA platforms such as ConnectWise and Autotask. To ensure security, all AI-driven actions are governed by a three-tier policy system—ranging from fully autonomous to requiring human approval—and are recorded in an append-only audit trail.
SuperIT has adopted a low-friction entry model, offering a permanent free tier for basic ticket triage alongside monthly subscription plans starting at $99. The company is positioning itself to compete on technical performance rather than long-term contract lock-ins.
