Supermetrics expands Claude AI integration to include campaign management
Supermetrics has updated its Claude-powered platform to allow marketers to generate and edit advertising campaigns with human-in-the-loop oversight.

Helsinki-based marketing intelligence firm Supermetrics has upgraded its integration with Claude, moving beyond data analysis into campaign creation and management. Since the initial release of the connector in February, the company reports over 6,000 customers have adopted the tool, with active users growing at an average of 250% month-over-month.
The updated system utilizes a "Context Layer" to integrate business-specific rules, CRM data, and cross-platform advertising metrics into the AI workflow. By normalizing data from various sources, the tool aims to reduce the manual labor typically required to reconcile performance across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Supermetrics maintains a "human-in-the-loop" approach for safety and control. All campaign edits or creations generated by the AI remain paused until reviewed and explicitly approved by a human operator. Co-CEO Mikael Thuneberg stated that the objective is to bridge the gap between identifying marketing opportunities and executing actions without relinquishing control over budgets.
As the company targets further adoption, it continues to position itself as a layer between complex data infrastructures and conversational AI, focusing on providing actionable marketing intelligence for its base of over 200,000 business customers.
