SuperX AI Technology secures funding and expands infrastructure operations in Japan
SuperX AI Technology has formed a strategic partnership with Mercuria Asia and completed initial hardware deliveries from its new Japanese supply center.
SuperX AI Technology Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with Mercuria Asia, the Asia-Pacific arm of the Mercuria Energy Group. The agreement includes a capital investment via convertible notes and warrants aimed at accelerating the company's AI infrastructure ecosystem development.
This follows the formal commencement of production at SuperX’s first global supply center in Japan. In March 2026, the facility completed its inaugural delivery of high-performance AI servers to Digital Dynamic Inc., marking a key operational milestone for the firm.
Dr. Huang Chenhong, who took the role of Chairman and CEO in December 2025, leads the company’s efforts to establish a full-stack presence in the AI data center sector. The company continues to explore additional infrastructure projects through partnerships with local Japanese entities.
