SINGAPORE – SuperX AI Technology Limited and Mercuria Asia have announced a strategic partnership focused on developing global AI infrastructure, with Mercuria Asia making a strategic investment in SuperX.
The collaboration will combine SuperX's expertise in AI data center technology with Mercuria's global energy network and capital deployment capabilities. Key areas of focus include the development of AI data centers, optimization of power resources, and innovation in energy management solutions.
Dr. Huang Chenhong, Chairman and CEO of SuperX, stated that the partnership addresses critical challenges in the AI computing power industry, such as electricity costs and carbon compliance. He noted that Mercuria's global energy network and asset management expertise are crucial for SuperX's expansion plans in regions like Indonesia, Japan, and Thailand.
