Scottsdale, Ariz. – The NCPDP Foundation has named Susan Carter as its new Executive Director & Chief Development Officer. Carter's appointment, effective September 21, 2026, signals a new phase for the organization, emphasizing fundraising, strategic partnerships, and operational development to advance healthcare innovation.
Carter brings extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, public health, and organizational growth to the foundation. She is tasked with guiding the Foundation's strategic direction, building sustainable financial support, cultivating donor relationships, and expanding partnerships with organizations committed to improving healthcare outcomes.
