Suspect Surrenders After Mother's Death in Schleswig
A man has turned himself in to the police in connection with his mother's death. The 32-year-old man called emergency services himself on Tuesday afternoon.

The 32-year-old man contacted the police himself at approximately 1:30 PM on Tuesday, reporting a homicide at a residential property. He was arrested without resistance. A search of the house revealed the man's 71-year-old mother, who was found deceased. Despite resuscitation attempts, she died at the scene.
The man is suspected of homicide and has been taken into police custody. He is expected to be brought before a district judge on Wednesday afternoon for potential remand.
