Svenska Aerogel plans rights issue of approximately SEK 18.4 million

Svenska Aerogel Holding AB (publ) announced on Monday its resolution to conduct a rights issue of units, consisting of shares and warrants of series TO9, aimed at raising approximately SEK 18.4 million. The decision was made by the company's board of directors to secure funding for ongoing development and expansion efforts.

The necessity for this new capital injection arises from the fact that the company's previous warrants of series TO7 did not yield the anticipated issue proceeds. If all the new warrants issued within the scope of this rights issue are fully exercised, Svenska Aerogel could receive an additional approximately SEK 9.2 million. This brings the total potential proceeds from the issue and subsequent warrant exercise to approximately SEK 27.6 million.

In addition to the rights issue, the company has also resolved to advance the publication date of its interim report for the first quarter of 2026. This move is intended to provide stakeholders with timely information regarding the company's financial performance and operational status. Detailed terms and subscription periods for the rights issue will be announced separately.
