The company's board of directors approved the rights issue on April 19, 2026, exercising an authorization from the 2025 annual general meeting. Existing shareholders registered as of April 27, 2026, are entitled to subscription rights. The subscription period for the rights issue will run from April 29, 2026, to May 13, 2026. The issuance includes a maximum of 9,900,213 units, corresponding to 19,800,426 shares and 9,900,213 warrants.
