SVRN Faces Nasdaq Delisting Notice Amid Ongoing SEC Accounting Review

SVRN, Inc. has received a delisting notification from Nasdaq following delays in its 2025 financial reporting. The company is currently seeking an appeal hearing to maintain its listing.

30 October 2026

SVRN, Inc. announced that it has received a formal notice of delisting from Nasdaq. The exchange's decision stems from the company's failure to comply with periodic filing requirements necessitated by complex accounting questions regarding certain financial instruments.

In response to the notice, SVRN has initiated a pre-filing consultation with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Office of the Chief Accountant. This process aims to clarify the appropriate classification of specific instruments slated for the 2025 Annual Report. The company stated that shares will continue to trade on the exchange while the appeal process is pending.

The firm has requested a hearing before a Nasdaq Hearings Panel, which serves to stay the delisting process. Should the panel grant the request, the company expects to maintain its listing status throughout the pendency of the accounting review and subsequent reporting.
