Swedbank's Nomination Committee for 2027 AGM Appointed

Swedbank AB has announced the appointment of its Nomination Committee members ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting. The meeting is scheduled to take place in Stockholm on Wednesday, April 7, 2027.

The Nomination Committee comprises Bo Lundgren, appointed by Sparbankernas Ägareförening, who will also serve as the committee's chair. Other members include Ylva Wessén, appointed by Folksam; Annette Björkman, appointed by the owner group Sparbanksstiftelserna; Magnus Tell, appointed by Alecta Tjänstepension; and Anders Hansson, appointed by AMF.

Göran Persson, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Swedbank AB, is also a member of the committee. The Nomination Committee is tasked with preparing and presenting proposals for the Annual General Meeting.
