SWI Capital Holding Ltd. Announces Board and Audit Committee Changes
SWI Capital Holding Ltd. has appointed a new board member and reorganized its audit committee. The changes took effect on September 30, 2026.

SWI Capital Holding Ltd. announced on September 30, 2026, changes to its Board of Directors and Audit Committee. The company appointed Ido Shavit as an independent non-executive director. Shavit's appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the company's next annual general meeting.
Shavit joins SWI Capital Holding from his role as CEO of Cycling Academy Ltd., a position he has held since 2020. Prior to that, he spent ten years leading an Israeli company specializing in tourism and event organization, where he served as both owner and general manager.
Concurrently, Jean-Pierre Verlaine will step down from the Board of Directors and consequently from his role as a member of the Audit Committee. Verlaine is also the beneficial owner and principal of Groupe Englewood, a licensed investment manager. His departure aims to establish a clearer separation between Groupe Englewood's business dealings with SWI and the company's governance.
Following Verlaine's departure, Fernando Bolivar, already a board member, has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee. The Audit Committee will now comprise Joseph Benhamou as chairman, along with Fang Ai Lian and Fernando Bolivar.
Arnaud de Puyfontaine, Chairman of SWI, thanked Verlaine for his contributions and welcomed Shavit, emphasizing that Shavit's experience will complement the board's existing expertise as SWI advances its strategy and strengthens its governance framework.
