Ido Shavit has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. Shavit, who currently serves as CEO of Cycling Academy Ltd., will serve until the company's next Annual General Meeting. He previously spent a decade as owner and managing director of an Israeli tourism and event production company.
Jean-Pierre Verlaine is stepping down from the Board and the Audit Committee. Verlaine also heads Engelwood Group, a regulated investment manager in Luxembourg. The company stated that Verlaine's departure aims to create a clearer separation between Engelwood Group's business relationships with SWI and the company's governance, simplifying the management of these relationships.
Following Verlaine's departure, Fernando Bolivar, an existing board member, has been appointed to the Audit Committee. The committee will now comprise Joseph Benhamou as Chair, Fang Ai Lian, and Fernando Bolivar. SWI Capital Holding Ltd. operates as a global digital investment platform.
