SWI Group Raises €800 Million for AI Infrastructure Expansion

SWI Group, listed on Euronext Amsterdam, announced an €800 million capital increase with institutional investors. This brings the total equity raised by the company since March 2026 to over €1 billion.

The capital injection is intended to support the consolidation and expansion of SWI Group's transatlantic digital infrastructure and its artificial intelligence (AI) compute platform across Europe and the United States. The funds will be used to scale the company's data center and AI computing capabilities, including power infrastructure and project development.

Max-Hervé George, Founder and CEO of SWI Group, stated that the transaction is a response to market developments in computing power and data centers. "We have a clear strategy, an extensive pipeline, and a strong position in Europe and the United States," George said. The company plans further investments in AI.

The capital raise significantly strengthens SWI Group's balance sheet, providing additional financial flexibility for its growth strategy. It also broadens the company's institutional investor base and is expected to enhance market liquidity and free float to approximately 20%.
