SWI Group Reports Strong First-Half 2026 Results, Focuses on AI Infrastructure
SWI Group announced its first-half 2026 financial results, reporting a profit of 631.6 million euros and progress in its transformation into a global AI infrastructure platform.

SWI Group has reported strong financial results for the first half of 2026, with a profit of 631.6 million euros and significant advancements in its strategic shift towards becoming a global AI infrastructure and computing platform.
The company's financial report for the period ending June 30, 2026, shows total assets of 4.4 billion euros and an adjusted net asset value of 2.3 billion euros, marking a 53% increase from the end of 2025. The profit was primarily driven by the recognition of value from an investment in Genesis Digital Assets, subsequently renamed SWI Digital.
SWI Group is actively building an integrated digital infrastructure platform, encompassing approximately 4 gigawatts (GW) of power capacity across Europe and the United States. This initiative combines land assets, data centers, and AI-focused computing infrastructure.
The company is expanding its operations beyond traditional energy and real estate holdings into AI services. In August 2026, SWI Group joined NVIDIA's partner network as a Preferred Computing, Networking and Enterprise Software Partner. This collaboration enables the deployment of NVIDIA-accelerated infrastructure for AI workloads, from model training to production-scale inference. SWI is also developing its own proprietary AI cloud platform.
SWI Group aims for its digital infrastructure segment to represent over 90% of its total assets by 2027. The company is in advanced discussions with large-scale cloud service providers and AI developers for long-term purchase agreements, with a potential total contract value in the tens of billions of U.S. dollars.
