Sylvie Ouziel Appointed CEO of Publicis Groupe's Shared Platforms
Sylvie Ouziel has been named CEO of Shared Platforms at Publicis Groupe, effective September 8. She will report directly to the CEO and join the Management Committee.

Publicis Groupe announced on September 1, 2021, that Sylvie Ouziel has joined the company as CEO of Shared Platforms, effective September 8. In this role, she oversees Re: Sources, Publicis' global shared service backbone of 5,000 employees, which aims to build consistency and synergies across the group's tools and systems.
Ouziel's responsibilities also encompass Marcel, the proprietary AI-powered platform, as well as real estate, procurement, insurance, and the global management of the group's technology partnerships. She reports directly to Arthur Sadoun, CEO and Chairman of Publicis Groupe, and has been appointed to the Management Committee.
"The addition of Sylvie to Publicis’ leadership team further confirms our shift from a holding company to a platform," stated Arthur Sadoun. He emphasized the role of shared platforms in supporting client growth by providing guaranteed outcomes and cost-competitiveness.
Ouziel previously served as International President of Envision Digital. Prior to that, she spent eight years at Allianz, where she was responsible for creating the Group's Shared Services and served as global CEO of Allianz Assistance.
Ouziel began her career at Accenture, where she held various management positions over twelve years, including Partner and global COO of Accenture Management Consulting. She holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Paris and an Executive MBA from Kellogg's Northwestern University.
