Consulting firm Synpulse has strengthened its position in the UK financial sector by appointing Andrew Hardie and Richard Archer as new Partners. The appointments, effective Monday, December 8, 2025, aim to drive digital transformation within the British banking and insurance markets.
Synpulse established its UK office in 2016 and has since grown to a team of 40 specialists. The new partners will further enhance the firm's industry focus, with Andrew Hardie leading efforts in banking and Richard Archer in insurance.
Andrew Hardie brings 25 years of experience in wealth and asset management, having led major transformation programs across multiple continents. Richard Archer possesses a similar extensive background in technology consulting, particularly for (re)insurance companies, and previously served as Chief Strategy Officer for an Insurtech firm.
