Synsam repurchases 114,156 shares during week 44
Optical retailer Synsam has acquired over 114,000 of its own shares as part of its ongoing SEK 200 million buy-back program.

Synsam AB repurchased 114,156 of its own shares between October 26 and October 30, 2026. These transactions form part of a share buy-back program authorized by the company's board of directors earlier this year.
The objective of the program is to adjust the company’s capital structure. Synsam announced the initiative on May 28, 2026, with a maximum value of SEK 200 million. The program began on June 1, 2026, and is scheduled to conclude on February 26, 2027.
All repurchases are being executed in accordance with EU regulations governing share buy-backs. The company remains committed to the program until its expiration in February 2027.
