The firm expanded its gross margin by 1,340 basis points to 46.3%, driven by higher-margin population health solutions and targeted workforce staffing contracts. Earnings per share rose to $0.02, reversing the $0.02 loss per share recorded in the same quarter last year.

CEO Greg Alexander attributed the results to disciplined operational management and a focus on high-value contracts within the healthcare sector, particularly those supporting Medicaid organizations. The company has focused on reducing costs relative to revenue growth to ensure sustained margins.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, Syra Health posted a net income of $835,831. The company maintains its outlook for full-year profitability in 2026, though management noted that revenue timing remains subject to the variability inherent in contract-based business models.
