Systemair AB Reports 6% Net Sales Growth in Q1 2026/27
Systemair AB announced its first-quarter results for fiscal year 2026/27, showing a 6% organic sales growth. Net sales increased to SEK 3,281 million, with improved operating profit margins.
Skinnskatteberg, Sweden – Systemair AB reported a solid performance for the first quarter of its 2026/27 fiscal year, covering May through July. The company achieved 6% organic growth, leading to a net sales increase of six percent, reaching SEK 3,281 million compared to SEK 3,094 million in the same period last year. Foreign exchange effects had a negative impact of one percent on net sales.
The company also saw an improvement in profitability. Adjusted operating profit (adj. EBIT) rose to SEK 324 million from SEK 288 million, boosting the adjusted operating margin to 9.9% from 9.3%. Reported operating profit (EBIT) also increased to SEK 311 million (SEK 268 million), with the operating margin climbing to 9.5% (8.7%).
Cash flow from operating activities for the quarter was positive at SEK 183 million, a decrease from SEK 218 million in the prior year. Systemair continued its expansion strategy through acquisitions, completing the purchase of Temspec Incorporated, a Canadian company described as a leader in its field, in July 2026.
