Founded in 1971, Temspec focuses on designing HVAC solutions that prioritize energy efficiency and noise reduction for quiet and comfortable indoor environments. The company operates its head office and manufacturing facility in Canada.
This acquisition is intended to bolster Systemair's product offering and market reach within North America. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
