Szybex strengthens its presence in southern Poland by acquiring Euro-Glas
Szybex, a subsidiary of Cary Group, has signed an agreement to acquire Euro-Glas. The deal expands Szybex's service point network in southern Poland.

Szybex, a specialist in vehicle glass repair and replacement, has signed an agreement to acquire Euro-Glas, a family-owned company based in southern Poland. The acquisition strengthens Szybex's, a subsidiary of Cary Group, presence in southern Poland by adding four service locations in Kraków, Tarnów, and Rzeszów.
With the acquisition, Szybex's number of owned workshops increases from 15 to 19. Combined with a network of over 200 partner locations, this provides comprehensive nationwide coverage in Poland. Both Euro-Glas and Szybex were founded in 1992 and have built their operations on similar principles: local service points, quality workmanship, and direct customer relationships.
"Euro-Glas is a company with very similar DNA, a family business built on quality and customer relationships. Integration within Szybex allows us to combine their experience with more unified operational and quality standards," stated Wojciech Ossoliński, Deputy CEO at Szybex.
Euro-Glas will be integrated into Szybex's operational model, featuring standardized service processes, quality control, and readiness to handle increasingly complex jobs, including ADAS calibration. This acquisition is part of Szybex's strategy to build a nationwide, integrated service network in Poland operating under uniform standards.
