Tabit Unifies Payment Infrastructure with MagTek Hardware and Gateway
Global hospitality AI platform Tabit has consolidated its payment infrastructure with MagTek hardware and Magensa's gateway to enhance reliability for both card-present and online transactions.

Global hospitality AI platform Tabit has announced the integration of its payment infrastructure using MagTek's DynaFlex secure card readers and the Magensa Payment Protection Gateway via Unigate. This strategic move aims to streamline and strengthen the company's payment processing for both in-person (card-present) and online (eCommerce) transactions, supporting its global growth.
By adopting MagTek's DynaFlex II Go mobile payment devices, which utilize AES-256 encryption, Tabit enhances transaction security. The DynaFlex II Go platform also supports other NFC functionalities, including MIFARE, NTAG, Apple VAS, and Google SmartTap, enabling broader deployment in restaurants for mobile POS systems and table-side payment solutions. The hardware also supports access control and mobile driver's license reading.
The adoption of a single-vendor solution accelerates development, certification processes, and provides a unified view of all transactions, regardless of processor or channel. MagTek's Reader Management System (RMS) enables remote management of firmware updates and configuration changes, reducing support costs. Additionally, the MagCare service offers a lifetime warranty on devices.
"Our role is to help restaurants leverage AI to operate more efficiently and create exceptional guest experiences," said Nadav Solomon, Co-Founder and President of Tabit Technologies. "By consolidating our payments infrastructure with MagTek, we gain a stronger technical foundation to innovate faster and simplify operations."
