Table Space files for IPO in India
Managed workspace provider Table Space has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) for an IPO. The company's growth is notable, but faces risks from client concentration.

Managed workspace operator Table Space has moved a step closer to a public listing by filing its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with Indian regulators. The company plans to raise capital through a combination of fresh issue of shares and an offer for sale by existing shareholders, with an option for a pre-IPO placement.
The IPO plans were initially targeted for an earlier date but were delayed following the demise of founder and CEO Amit Banerji in January 2025. With co-founders taking charge, the company has resumed preparations and now operates on a significantly larger scale than originally envisioned.
Table Space focuses on providing managed workspaces to large enterprises and multinational corporations. While this strategy yields long-term contracts and deep client relationships, it also exposes the company to significant client concentration risk. The ten largest clients accounted for over a third of its operating revenue in FY26, with most operating in the technology sector, making the company vulnerable to slowdowns in tech spending or shifts in workspace needs.
Competitors such as Awfis and WeWork India have adopted broader flexible workspace models, catering to a wider range of clients. Table Space, however, has maintained its focus on enterprise clients. Industry analysts suggest that large enterprise contracts can offer better revenue visibility and longer-term relationships, but emphasize the need to manage concentration risk. The key question for investors will be how Table Space can convert its scaled operations into sustainable profitability and cash generation.
The company has seen substantial revenue growth, with operating revenue more than doubling in FY26. However, Table Space continues to report net losses. Investors will be closely monitoring the company's ability to improve its bottom line post-listing.
