Table Space preparing IPO draft filing, targeting $350 million
Managed workspace provider Table Space is reportedly preparing to file draft papers for its initial public offering. The startup aims to raise up to $350 million through the public issue.

Managed workspace solutions provider Table Space is reportedly set to file draft papers for its proposed initial public offering (IPO) as early as August. The startup is looking to raise up to $350 million in the public issue, according to a Bloomberg report.
The IPO is expected to include a mix of new equity shares worth approximately $1,000 crore (around $120 million) and an offer for sale by existing shareholders. The company has reportedly appointed Axis Capital, IIFL Capital Services, BofA Securities, and CLSA as the lead book-running managers. A spokesperson for Table Space stated that the company does not comment on market speculation or media reports.
Table Space secured $300 million in equity funding in 2022 from global private equity firm Hillhouse Capital. In preparation for a public listing, the company converted into a public entity in 2025, changing its name from Table Space Technologies Pvt Ltd to Table Space Technologies Ltd, and strengthened its board with three independent directors.
Founded in 2017, Table Space provides managed office solutions for enterprises and global capability centers across nine Indian cities. It currently manages over 11 million square feet of workspace across more than 80 centers, serving over 425 enterprise clients. The company reported a net loss of ₹1,561 crore for fiscal year 2025, compared to a profit of ₹11 crore in the previous year, while operating revenue increased by 51% to ₹1,360 crore.
The move comes amid ongoing investor interest in India's flexible workspace sector, driven by demand from corporations and multinational companies. Several players in this segment have pursued public listings in recent years.
