Table Space Shrinks Loss, Files for IPO in India
Managed office space provider Table Space reported a 74% reduction in its FY26 net loss and revenue crossing ₹2,200 crore, alongside filing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in India.

Managed office space provider Table Space has reported a significant reduction in its net loss for the fiscal year 2026 (FY26), shrinking it by 74% to ₹403.4 crore from ₹1,554.1 crore in the previous fiscal year.
Concurrently, the company's operating revenue saw a 66% increase, reaching ₹2,262.3 crore in FY26, up from ₹1,360.5 crore in FY25. Including other income, the total income for the period stood at ₹2,516.6 crore.
Table Space has filed for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) with India's Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), aiming to raise up to ₹800 crore through the issuance of new shares. The company plans to utilize the proceeds for debt repayment, potential acquisitions, and general corporate purposes.
Founded in 2017, Table Space offers customized and ready-to-move office spaces, along with workspace management services for enterprises across nine Indian cities. The IPO filing positions the company alongside other listed competitors in the flexible workspace sector, such as Awfis and WeWork India.
