Taco Bell Brings Back Four Discontinued Menu Favorites

Fast food chain Taco Bell has announced the return of four popular, previously discontinued menu items as part of its "Decades #TBT Menu" campaign. This annual initiative aims to evoke nostalgia and offer customers a taste of the chain's past.

This year's menu specifically taps into the year 2016, bringing back items that were popular at the time. Notably, the "Beefy Crunch Burrito" returns after significant customer demand, including fan-led petitions for its permanent reinstatement.

Other returning items include the "Naked Chicken Chalupa," the "Meximelt," and the "Caramel Apple Empanada" for a sweet option. Prices for these items range from $2.79 to $5.99. The chain is emphasizing nostalgia as a key marketing trend this year.

Taco Bell has also partnered with brands that align with the year's nostalgic vibe, such as streetwear label Anti Social Social Club and vintage-style digital camera maker Camp Snap. Additionally, the company collaborated with Vine-like video app Divine, granting users early access.
