Taiwan King Lung Chin Expands Thermal Management Portfolio for AI and EV Sectors
Taichung-based Taiwan King Lung Chin (KLC) is scaling its thermal validation services to address cooling demands in AI high-performance computing and electric vehicle heating systems.

Taiwan King Lung Chin (KLC) has announced a strategic expansion of its thermal management services, focusing on the rigorous testing requirements for artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC) hardware. The firm now offers comprehensive thermal validation for chip-wafer layout designs, alongside design verification and the development of liquid cooling components, including specialized cold plates.
In parallel with its computing focus, KLC is targeting the electric vehicle (EV) market by providing high-voltage heating solutions. These components are engineered to address the thermal management challenges inherent in modern EV architecture, where efficient heating and cooling are critical to battery performance and vehicle longevity.
By integrating these capabilities, KLC aims to provide end-to-end support for manufacturers navigating complex thermal engineering constraints. The move signals a transition for the company toward providing infrastructure support for high-demand digital and automotive industries.
