Taiwan King Lung Chin PTC expands thermal management portfolio for AI and EV sectors
Taiwan-based manufacturer Taiwan King Lung Chin PTC has introduced new thermal validation services and cooling solutions for high-performance computing and electric vehicles.
Taichung-based Taiwan King Lung Chin PTC (KLC) has expanded its thermal management operations to focus on the growing demands of the artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC) sectors. The company is now providing thermal validation for complex chip-wafer layouts, alongside advanced cooling technologies.
KLC’s expanded product line includes liquid cooling components and specialized cold plates designed to mitigate the intense heat generated by high-density processing chips. By offering these validation services, the firm intends to support hardware manufacturers in optimizing thermal design during the early stages of chip production.
In addition to its work in computing, KLC is targeting the electric vehicle (EV) market with new high-voltage heating solutions. These efforts represent a strategic move to address the critical thermal management requirements currently driving both the semiconductor and automotive industries.
