Taiwanese Health-Tech Sector Tests U.S. Market Readiness in Dallas
Taiwanese healthcare technology companies showcased digital health solutions, AI, and patient monitoring technologies at Taiwan Expo USA 2026 in Dallas.

Taiwan's healthcare technology sector presented its capabilities and U.S. market readiness at Taiwan Expo USA 2026 in Dallas. The event highlighted a range of digital health, clinical AI, remote monitoring, and rehabilitation technologies.
The expo featured ten Taiwanese hospitals and health-tech companies displaying innovations from chronic disease management and hospital AI to patient monitoring and elder care solutions. Participants were at various stages of U.S. market entry, with some seeking initial clinical or commercial partners and others already possessing FDA-cleared products or local operations.
Organized by the International Trade Administration (TITA) and the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), the event aimed to foster industrial collaboration between the U.S. and Taiwan. "Texas is Taiwan's premier U.S. investment hub, and Dallas is where we lay deep, shared foundations," stated TAITRA Chairman James C. F. Huang. The focus was on addressing the practical challenges of integrating technologies into American clinical workflows and regulatory frameworks.
Companies like Health2Sync are tackling chronic disease management by collecting data between physician visits. Their platform uses AI to interpret behavioral data from home environments, providing patients and clinicians with a more comprehensive view of health status. This effort is crucial for navigating the complex U.S. system of reimbursement and healthcare delivery.
