Taktile Releases AI Analytics Tool for Financial Decision-Making
Financial technology provider Taktile has introduced an AI-powered insights tool designed to help banks and insurers analyze decision performance using natural language queries.

Taktile has launched Taktile Insights, a new feature integrated into its decisioning platform that allows financial institutions to query performance data without specialized data science support. By utilizing natural language prompts, users can generate real-time charts and assess the outcomes of processes such as loan approvals and claims assessments.
The tool aims to reduce the time traditionally required for business intelligence reporting. Previously, evaluating decision patterns often necessitated manual SQL queries or requests to technical teams, a process that could take days. Taktile’s software allows risk officers to identify approval trends and monitor policy impacts directly within the workflow.
Industry pressure to automate financial processes has increased, but companies face challenges in analyzing the performance of those automated decisions. CEO Maik Taro Wehmeyer stated that the ability to iterate based on data-driven performance is becoming a core competitive factor for financial firms.
Early adopters, including Faire and Reach Financial, have reported improvements in monitoring speed compared to legacy systems. This release follows Taktile’s recent $110 million Series C funding round and marks an expansion of the company’s broader focus on autonomous decision agents in financial services.
