Talos Energy Appoints Barbara Faulkenberry to Board of Directors
Talos Energy Inc. announced the appointment of Barbara J. Faulkenberry, Major General (Retired) of the U.S. Air Force, to its Board of Directors. The appointment expands the board to seven directors.
Talos Energy Inc. announced on September 23, 2026, the appointment of Barbara J. Faulkenberry, Major General (Retired) of the U.S. Air Force, to its Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2026. This appointment will increase the size of the Talos board to seven directors.
Talos Chairman of the Board Neal P. Goldman highlighted Faulkenberry's extensive leadership background. "She brings a unique combination of global operations, logistics, strategy, and risk management expertise developed during a distinguished military career and prior public company board service," Goldman stated.
General Faulkenberry retired from the United States Air Force in 2014 after a 32-year career, with her final assignment as Vice Commander overseeing global rapid mobility operations. Her experience includes serving on the boards of Callon Petroleum Company, Target Hospitality Corp., and USA Truck, Inc.
Faulkenberry's background in global operations, logistics, and risk management is expected to support Talos's strategy in strengthening its position as an offshore exploration and production company.
