Malaysian company TAMCO Switchgear is participating in the Water, Energy, Technology, and Environment Exhibition (WETEX) 2023 in Dubai from November 15-17. At the event, the company is showcasing its range of electrical distribution and control solutions, emphasizing its commitment to sustainability and the integration of renewable energy sources.
WETEX 2023 is one of the region's largest exhibitions focused on sustainability and clean energy technology. According to TAMCO Switchgear CEO Dr. Ir. Segaran Narayanan, the company aims to be at the forefront of the power distribution business through technological innovation. The exhibition features solutions designed to facilitate the integration of renewable energy sources with smart grid technologies, enhancing grid management, reliability, and efficiency.
Among the products on display are TAMCO Switchgear's Air Insulated Switchgear units equipped with built-in sensors, aligning with industry digitalization trends. The company has previously been involved in major projects such as the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Airport. TAMCO exports over half of its products and solutions to international markets across Southeast Asia, the GCC, Australia, the UK, and Africa.
During a seminar session at the exhibition, TAMCO Switchgear's Senior General Manager of Research & Development, Devraj Manna, will present modular and future-ready medium voltage hybrid SF6 insulated switchgear. Established in 1997, TAMCO is a prominent switchgear manufacturer in Southeast Asia.
