Tamkeen and EY MENA Partner to Launch Bahrain Talent Hub
The labor fund Tamkeen and EY MENA have signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a professional talent hub, creating 125 local jobs.

Bahrain’s labor fund, Tamkeen, has announced a partnership with EY MENA to establish a talent hub in the Kingdom. The initiative aims to generate 125 professional job opportunities for local citizens between 2027 and 2029, focusing on sectors such as audit, consulting, and tax services.
The hub will prioritize skill development in high-growth areas, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and sustainable finance. By providing practical experience and training to recent graduates and early-career professionals, the program intends to bridge the gap between academic qualifications and industry requirements.
Executives from both organizations stated that the move is designed to support the country’s role as a regional hub for professional services. The collaboration aligns with Tamkeen’s 2026 strategic objectives to enhance private sector competitiveness and foster a knowledge-driven economy.
