TAPFIN Launches PartnerPX for Global Workforce Program Performance Oversight
TAPFIN has launched PartnerPX, a new platform designed to provide suppliers, clients, and TAPFIN with a single, shared view of global workforce program performance.
MILWAUKEE – TAPFIN, the managed services provider (MSP) business within Talent Solutions and part of ManpowerGroup (NYSE: MAN), has launched PartnerPX. This new platform is intended to give suppliers, clients, and TAPFIN a unified and shared perspective on the performance of global workforce programs.
PartnerPX aims to shift supplier performance management from periodic, account-specific scorecards to ongoing, program-wide insights. The platform's dashboards cover demand, cycle time, hiring, quality, workforce stability, spend, and retention risk. This allows for the earlier identification of trends, risks, and opportunities, enabling proactive intervention before they impact service delivery.
By utilizing the same standardized benchmarks and shared performance metrics, PartnerPX establishes a common language for performance among all parties. This shared visibility fosters more transparent, forward-looking discussions and drives continuous improvement across the entire supplier ecosystem, ultimately leading to better client outcomes.
