TAT Technologies reports revenue growth for third quarter of 2026
TAT Technologies posted $55.6 million in revenue for the third quarter of 2026, marking a 20.2% increase compared to the same period last year.
TAT Technologies, a supplier to the aerospace and defense sectors, announced financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026. The company generated $55.6 million in revenue, up from $46.2 million in the third quarter of 2025. Adjusted EBITDA rose to $10.9 million, reflecting an adjusted EBITDA margin of 19.6%.
CEO Igal Zamir attributed the performance to increased customer demand, favorable product mix, and internal operational improvements. The firm also reported a total backlog of approximately $577 million, bolstered by ongoing agreements, including an expanded partnership with Honeywell.
Despite the growth in revenue and gross profit—which reached $17.2 million—the company’s cash flow from operations decreased to $3.8 million for the quarter. This decline was primarily driven by a $10.6 million investment in inventory intended to support long-term contract fulfillment requirements. The company continues to focus on executing its existing backlog as it enters the final quarter of the fiscal year.
